DESCRIPTION:

 

The mission of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Liberia has prepared a draught concept and Theory of Change (TOC) to allow stakeholders to examine, comment on, and recommend improvements to the Food Security, Nutrition, and Resilience in Liberia activity design. USAID/Liberia is looking for input on the full paper, as well as answers to the questions linked to the cover letter.

The draught TOC is expected to lead to the completion of a Statement of Work or a Program Description, which could lead to a formal solicitation or a Notice of Funding Opportunity. Liberia is the location of the performance. The maximum performance span is five years.
