About the Teach For India Fellowship

Selected Fellows serve as full-time teachers for two years. They work with children in government or low-fee private schools while developing skills in teaching, leadership, planning, problem-solving and community engagement.

Fellows begin with a six-week residential training programme and receive support from a dedicated mentor during the Fellowship.

Stipend and Benefits

Selected Fellows may receive:

Selection Process

The Fellowship has two main stages:
