Dr.Rajashree Pawar has been teaching English language at Dr. Ambedkar HSS Colvale Goa. She has written books and contributed chapters to numerous publications.She served as a resource person for numerous workshops contributing her expertise and knowledge to facilitate meaningful learning experience.She is an astute academician and has organised many programs,competitions for her students. She actively participates in state level adventure camps, Marathon running embracing diverse challenges across various disciplines. She keeps herself engaged in crafting short stories and poems. During her journey she has performed many roles other than teaching Like attending many workshops, webinar and training programs. She is a key resource person of Goa in Theatre Pedagogy. She participated in many national level poetry essays, story writing competitions,and marathon runs for social causes. She participated in the world record attempt for "maximum people performing Hula hoop at (multiple venues)" for International Book of records . She also participated in the state level archery competition.
