About the Opportunity
Yuva Sangam Phase VI is a national youth exchange programme conducted under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat initiative of the Government of India. The programme focuses on strengthening people-to-people connect, especially among young citizens, through structured exposure visits to different States and Union Territories.
The primary objective of Yuva Sangam Phase VI is to promote national integration by enabling youth to experience India’s cultural diversity, development landscape, innovation ecosystem, and community engagement practices firsthand. Participants travel in groups from their home State to a paired host State, where they engage in institutional visits, cultural interactions, and experiential learning sessions.
Yuva Sangam Phase VI builds on the success of previous phases, which witnessed participation from over 1,000 youth in each edition, covering multiple States and premier Higher Educational Institutions. This phase aims to further expand cross-cultural understanding by covering 22 States and Union Territories through curated educational-cum-cultural tours. The programme is structured to nurture informed, empathetic, and nationally connected youth leaders.

Why You Should Apply
Yuva Sangam Phase VI offers a structured platform for youth engagement beyond classroom learning. In a country marked by linguistic and cultural diversity, direct exposure to another State’s academic institutions, developmental initiatives, and social fabric provides perspective that textbooks cannot deliver.
Participation in Yuva Sangam Phase VI strengthens intercultural competence, civic awareness, and institutional exposure. For students and young professionals, such national exchange programmes add measurable value to academic and professional profiles by demonstrating adaptability, leadership potential, and cross-regional engagement.
Given the increasing emphasis on experiential learning and national mobility programmes, Yuva Sangam Phase VI represents a significant opportunity for youth seeking structured government-backed exposure at a national scale.
Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to apply before the deadline.
