The PADAV Art Mentoring Program 2026 will be conducted at Kaaya Learning Centre from 16 to 21 June 2026. Only 20 fellows will be selected for this immersive mentorship opportunity. Interested candidates can apply by April 30, 2026.

Eligibility
Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age and must belong to Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, or Ladakh. Candidates currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fine Arts are eligible to apply.
Self-taught artists without formal degrees are also encouraged to apply. Applicants must hold an Aadhaar Card issued in one of the eligible states.
Submission Requirements
Applicants must submit their Curriculum Vitae along with an artist statement. Candidates are also required to submit 10 images of their artwork in JPEG format and a photocopy of their Aadhaar Card.
What Fellows Will Gain
Selected participants will receive mentorship from experienced artists and will engage in collaborative learning and creative exchange. The programme will provide an immersive space for artistic dialogue and networking.
The fellowship aims to support emerging artists and strengthen creative practices through guided mentorship.
