About the Contest
The Biodiversity Photo Contest, titled “Show Us Your India,” invites participants to capture their unique perspectives on India’s diverse natural world.
Photographs may feature subjects ranging from small creatures and plant life to wildlife, ecosystems and expansive natural landscapes. Entries captured using mobile phones and professional cameras are both welcome.
The contest highlights the importance of biodiversity in sustaining life and its connection with:
- Sustainable Development Goal 14: Life Below Water
- Sustainable Development Goal 15: Life on Land

The theme of the photography contest is India’s natural beauty and biodiversity.
Participants should submit photographs presenting their personal perspective on the country’s landscapes, plants, animals, marine life or other forms of biodiversity.
