From the past and now and upon diverse centuries, we have a lot of women who have a fundamental impact on science. For instance, Mary Curie and other women invented essential things that we have utilized from them. These inventions solve different issues like diseases, agriculture, Technologies, and etc.). So in this article, we will show to you some impactful women who have a big effect on our lives.

1-First name is (Mary Curie):
Mary is one of the most significant women in the world because of her special inventions, she has discovered the elements polonium and radium. She is famous in the field of radioactivity. In the next few points, we will share some information about her personal life and her achievements:

“Personal life"
- She was born on November 7, 1867, in Poland.
- She was married to Berei Kory in 1895.
- She died in 1934 in France, and she was buried in the Cemetery of the Greats in France.
- She is the first woman to have this honor.

"Her achievements"
- She developed a theory of radioactivity.
- With her husband (Pierre Curie), she founded laboratories to study radioactivity and its applications in medicine and agriculture.
- She founded two Curie Institutes in Paris and Warsaw to promote scientific research and education.
- During World War( 1), she established the first military radiation centers and mobile laboratories to use X-rays to treat the wounded.
- She was the first woman to hold a professorship at the University of Paris.

2-Second name is (Ngari Maathai):
She is a Kenyan environmental, peace, and human rights activist. She was the first African woman to receive the Nobel Peace Prize in 2004 for her contributions to sustainable development, democracy, and peace. She is the founder of the Green Belt Movement, which has planted more than 40 million trees in Kenya to protect the environment and improve the livelihoods of women and families. She is also the first woman in East and Central Africa to obtain a doctorate and work as a professor at the University of Nairobi.

- She was among the first group of Kenyan women to receive scholarships to study in the United States in 1960.

Dr. Rania Al-Saeed is an Egyptian scientist and engineer in the field of wireless communications and cybersecurity. "Her achievements"

- She currently works as an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Cairo University.

- Dr. Rania Al-Saeed is considered one of the pioneering women in the field of engineering and science in Egypt and around the world.
