Winter is one of the toughest seasons for animals living around us. Street dogs, cats, birds, and cattle often struggle due to cold weather, lack of food, unsafe shelter, and human neglect. The #ActForPaws Responsible Citizen Winter Challenge 2025–26 gives every citizen an opportunity to take simple, meaningful action to protect animals during winter and receive official recognition for it.
This challenge is open to everyone and focuses on responsibility, compassion, and real action at the community level.

What Is the #ActForPaws Winter Challenge?
The #ActForPaws Winter Challenge encourages citizens to help animals survive harsh winter conditions through safe, legal, and humane actions. As temperatures fall, animals face cold stress, hunger, injuries, and increased risk of cruelty.
Participants are expected to observe animals around them, identify a real problem, and take responsible action. This could be as simple as providing warmth, food, water, or protecting resting spaces. The challenge believes that animal welfare is a shared civic duty and that even small actions can create meaningful impact.
