Women@Dior & UNESCO Mentorship & Education Program 2026–27 [Under 30; University Students Worldwide]: Apply by Dec 31

Women@Dior & UNESCO Mentorship & Education Program 2026–27

Women@Dior & UNESCO is a global mentorship and education program designed for young women who want to grow as leaders and changemakers. Launched in 2017 by the House of Dior in partnership with UNESCO, the program supports women students from around the world through mentorship, online learning, and social impact projects.

Applications for the 2026–27 cohort are now open and will close on December 31, 2025.

About Women@Dior & UNESCO

Women@Dior & UNESCO is not a job, internship, or recruitment program. It is a long-term mentorship and learning initiative that runs alongside your studies.

The program has already supported more than 2,500 young women from over 60 countries, representing nearly 90 nationalities. Participants come from diverse academic backgrounds such as business, engineering, arts, fashion, hospitality, communication, international relations, and social sciences.

The goal of the program is simple but powerful: to help young women develop confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of social responsibility.

Who Organizes This Program?

The program is jointly led by:

  • Christian Dior Couture, through the Women@Dior initiative
  • UNESCO, as part of its Global Coalition for Education

In 2020, Dior became the first couture house to join UNESCO’s Global Education Coalition, expanding the Women@Dior program to young women from developing and underserved regions worldwide.

What Makes This Program Unique?

Women@Dior & UNESCO combines education, mentorship, and real-world action.

Each selected participant, known as a Mentee, is paired with a Dior professional who provides personal mentorship throughout the program. At the same time, mentees access a digital learning platform with courses taught by leading professors, global experts, and inspiring public figures.

The experience goes beyond learning. Participants apply their knowledge by creating a Dream for Change Project, a local initiative aimed at empowering young girls in their own communities.

Core Values of the Program

The program is built around values that guide both personal growth and social impact.

It encourages self-awareness and confidence, helping participants understand their strengths and leadership styles. It promotes autonomy and creativity, empowering young women to take responsibility for their ideas and actions. Inclusion and sustainability are central themes, ensuring that diverse voices are respected and future solutions are ethical and responsible.

What Will You Do During the Program?

Throughout the year, mentees take part in:

  • One-to-one mentorship with a Dior professional
  • Online courses focused on leadership, gender equality, sustainability, and ethics
  • Inspiring interview sessions with global leaders and role models
  • Collaborative activities with a global community of mentees
  • Development of a Dream for Change Project that supports young girls locally

Selected participants may also be invited to global events and conferences hosted by Dior and UNESCO.
