Join this session for beginning yoga to soothe your mind and body because during this pandemic, gaining mental and physical strength is very important for our mind, body and soul.
This is a one hour long yoga class which is accessible for all levels of yoga with Seattle instructor, Tina Templeman who has been teaching and training teachers in asana, anatomy, and meditation for more than 20 years.
