Customer Support - Social Media Internship in Coimbatore

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Handle company's social media handles (Facebook & Instagram)

• Respond to customer queries on social media platforms and handle critical queries efficiently and with positive intent

• Coordinate with the order processing team to provide an update to customer queries and vice versa

• Create and publish daily posts and stories on social media

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
