TCS Internship – CMDB Admin in Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience working with cloud infrastructure solutions (ex. AWS, Azure)

• Preferrable if have expertise on CSDM implementation

• General support, administration, development, and maintenance of Service Now platform across various modules like ITSM, ITOM etc.

• Supported platform releases and platform upgrades

• Provide recommendations based on ITOM system capabilities, industry best practices, and preferred outcome

 Job Requirements:

• Knowledge on CMDB discovery

• Knowledge on ITOM module of Service Now

• Experience leading sessions to gather, define, and document business and technical requirements,

 Qualification & Experience:

• 15 years of full-time education

• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
